Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CulturaConnect account directly in the app:

1. Open Account.
2. Choose Security & Settings.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Cannot access the app?

Email us from the address connected to your account. Include your CulturaConnect username and write “Delete my CulturaConnect account.” We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What deletion includes

We delete or de-identify your account and associated personal information and User Content unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or law. Encrypted backups may remain until overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
